Welcome to the Prism team, Ololade!
Ololade Alaran started working with us as a Youth Design Durham! student mentor in 2024, and will now wear multiple hats as our Communications Coordinator.
She's an architectural designer, project manager, and sustainability specialist who is passionate about resilient and inclusive design.
We're thrilled that she is sharing her brilliance and creativity with us and the young people we work with.
