Youth Design Durham! - Workshop #4

We spent the first part of Workshop 4 in the Innovation Lab at the Library, learning about the 3D printers and laser cutter.

After lunch, we were joined by mentors Marina Mustakova and Sophiat Alaran, both graduate students in architecture at NC State’s College of Design. We visited the three sites that students identified as their top choices for their project. Back at the Library, students discussed and listed the constraints and opportunities at each site.

At the end of the workshop, the group unanimously voted to site their Third Place at 1305 W. Club Blvd.
